Can you believe it is Finals? Then Holidays?!?!? Then Applications for Scholarships!

This semester has really gone fast! December is upon us and that means the new cycle of scholarships awards is coming soon. We will have applications available on January 10 on the website or in the office - we always like to have you come by and see us.

Our workshops continue through next semester and we are willing to add some if you have a topic that you suggest is relevant to assisting you in being successful.

We will be having another fund raiser at President and First Lady Albrecht's home on December 1 so continue our efforts to increase funding for scholarships.

Come by in December and have a cookie and some cider and let us know how you are doing!

We will continue to have the noon Wednesday workshops. Our attendance has been very good and all seem to be enjoying the topics - as well as the desserts.

We are sliding quickly into the Holiday Season....

I don't know about you but this semester seems to have flown by! Here at the Women's Center we are already starting the annual Mitten Tree Drive and preparing for a Holiday Open House!
It seems like only yesterday that we were on the Quad welcoming students back to school!

In early January, the applications for scholarships will be available on both the Women's Center and the Reentry Student Center websites. If you have questions or concerns, please email or call us here at the Center so that you can maximize your possibility of receiving funding for the fall.

We are also continuing to work on our Mentoring Program. So if you would like to be a mentor or be mentored, check with Trish Martineau in our office.
